About Us

Olde Towne Homeowners Association is the voice of the property owners of the Olde Towne development.  The Board meets quarterly.  It holds an annual meeting that is open to everyone residing in the community - homeowners and renters.

Who We Are

The business of the Olde Towne Homeowners Association is carried out by a Board of elected property owners.  The list of the current Board members can be found in the Contact section.

Our History

On April 2, 1992, Olde Towne, Inc., the developer, purchased a parcel of land located in the Salisbury election district of Wicomico County Maryland.  It was the desire and the intention of the developer to sell lots in the subdivision and to build homes on the lots.  The developer declared that all of the lots in the subdivision are subject to the conditions of the covenants.

Building progressed in three phases.  Phase 1 began in 1992.  Phase 2 began in 1995.  The third and final phase was completed in 2005.  The final tally was 75 individual lots with lovely single family homes.
