Olde Towne Salisbury MD

What the Homeowners Association does for you.

Your rights and responsibilities as a resident of Olde Towne

Property owners in Olde Towne pay annual membership fees to the Olde Towne Homeowners Association.  The annual membership is kept to a minimum compared to other HOA fees.  The fees are used for a variety of purposes outlined below.

Lighting and Safety

Although Delmarva Power installed the street lights in our community, the community pays the electrical charges required to operate the lights.  The community also pays for the lights in the front entrance gazebo.

Mosquito Control

The Homeowners Association contracts with Wicomico County Mosquito Control.  This provides mosquito spraying to participating homes and in the common areas of our neighborhood throughout the mosquito season.

Landscaping

Local contractors hired by the Homeowners Association, and paid for with our dues, maintain the common areas of the development.

Community Activities

The Homeowners Association sponsors seasonal activities to those homeowners interested in participating in the festivities.  These activities have included an Easter Egg hunt for the children and an early fall block party.  Publicity for twice yearly yard sales is covered by your dues. Contest for best yard in Olde Towne quarterly.
